THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE
As a qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse, I understand the most important ingredient for effective change is the Therapeutic Relationship.
I can provide a Face to Face Online, safe, non-judgemental space for you to work through any challenges you may be facing, if Coaching is not the appropriate modality.
For example: If you are experiencing 'symptoms' of mental distress, that you wish to have a confidential space to explore. We may spend time considering how past experiences are currently impacting upon you, your thoughts, behaviours and emotions. We will explore ways in which to move away from distress, mainly utilising a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Approach. I will also draw upon a variety of evidence based modalities, tools and techniques, that aim to assist you in feeling safer, self-comforting and self-accepting.
Areas I specialise in are Chronic Stress, Low Mood / Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction.
Sessions are 50 minutes - it is recommended to have at least six sessions, we can contract for more, depending your goals and presenting difficulties.
