About Me
I am passionate in supporting others, to improve their Holistic Wellbeing. I have 28 years experience working within the field of Mental Health with both adults and young people.
I have worked within various NHS hospital and community settings, for example; Addiction Specialist Services and delivering One to One and Group Psychotherapy. I currently work with University Students, providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mental Wellbeing Support.
I am part of an internal Coaching and Mentoring Academy, delivering Professional Coaching to staff members.
I am a qualified Professional Coach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mental Health Nurse.
I am an accredited member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a member of the Association for Coaching (AC), Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and Accredited with the University Mental Health Advisors Network (UMHAN)

Personally, I am an avid crafter, I enjoy up-cycling furniture, painting and making cards. I have a campervan and enjoy getting out in to the countryside, in the UK and Europe.
